Hooters sells Dom?

I had no idea. I mean, there's nothing wrong with Hooters, Their wings are delicious. I've eaten there before. I've even had dinner with my wife there. Long before she was my wife, of course. But when did they start serving Dom Perion and who are they trying to cater too? Fitty? (I can't believe I just called Fifty-Cent, Fitty)

WASHINGTON (AP) -- The Hooters restaurant chain has a $200 check ready for FEMA, reimbursement for a bottle of Dom Perignon champagne bought with hurricane relief money last year.

Who am I to deny a hurricane Katrina victims a chance to get their MFin' drank on?

The GAO, the investigative arm of Congress, found at least $1 billion in disaster relief payments by the Federal Emergency Management Agency were improper and potentially fraudulent because the recipients provided incomplete or incorrect information when they registered for assistance.

I'm glad my tax dollars did comething good for those in need. And Kane West had the nerve to say that George Bush didn't care about black people on national television. If FEMA threw a billion dollars out the window by playing willie-nillie with the money, I can't even begin to imagine how much was given out in total.
